My boutique coaching business is dedicated to a select group of driven, focused, and committed high performers in their field. With a BA in Communication, an MSc in Performance Psychology, and an ICF-accredited coaching certification, I help my clients elevate their mental game and unlock their full potential, empowering them to perform at their best in peak performance environments. I also prepare them for competition/their performance and further help them to maintain their high level.

How I help you achieve your goals
I believe everyone is different and needs a personalised approach. In my coaching I draw on my background in Communications and on psychological frameworks founded in Performance Psychology, Mental Skills Training and personalised Coaching to create a tailor-made approach for each client.
