Intake sessions: Interviews/coaching sessions with you to understand performance barriers and areas of improvement. Depending on your environment and the need I will also interview others close to you (family, partners, coaches etc)
Performance Plan: Following I will create a performance plan to overcome your barriers and to achieve your goals. The performance plan will be executed with focus on psychological frameworks founded in Performance Psychology, Mental Skills Training and personalised Coaching
Follow up/review/adjust: Feedback and assessment of outcome, if needed follow ups and adjustments will be done.

Talks with management: Understanding the teams KPIs, improvement areas, sales process and previous training
Intake sessions: I will observe and listen to sales conversations and hold personal coaching sessions to understand performance barriers
Performance Plan: A performance plan for each team member will improve their sales performance - based on psychological frameworks founded in Performance Psychology, Mental Skills Training and personalised Coaching
Workshops/training sessions: Workshops and training sessions on the basics of customer service and sales and soft skills will help the team sell and serve at an optimum level
Follow up/review/adjust: Feedback and assessment of outcome with adjustments when needed will be done. Advise to management on strategies to enhance performance besides the personalised coaching sessions.
